Over Vitility Wrap Bandage Ankle Linda
Vitility Linda ankle wrap – an 80 cm elastic bandage that gives support and steadiness in training, after an injury and while the pain settles, and you shape it to your own ankle as you wind it.
How you wind the wrap round the ankle
You start at the arch of the foot and wind upwards round the ankle with even pressure. The elastic material follows the shape of the joint and gives compression where you need it. The wrap runs 80 cm long and 7 cm wide, which is enough for several turns, and you finish with the fastener built into the end.
