Vitility Massage Ring with Knobs

Over Vitility Massage Ring with Knobs

Vitility Massage Ring with Knobs — a yellow gel ring covered in knobs that you squeeze to work the hand while the knobs massage the palm and stimulate the nerves.

Gel ring for training and massage

You hold the ring in your hand and squeeze it, over and over. The resistance works the grip and the fingers, and the knobs on the outside press into the palm each time you close your hand. The gel is soft enough to keep going for a while without the hand tiring quickly, and at 7 cm across the ring fits most hands.

Benefits of the massage ring

• Works hand strength and finger dexterity
• Knobs massage the palm with every squeeze
• Soft gel that does not tire the hand quickly
• Stimulates the nerves in the palm
• 7 cm across — fits most hands
• Yellow, so it is easy to spot where you left it

Who does the ring suit?

It suits you wanting to work the hand at arthritis or rheumatism, or after a hand injury. See more exercise and training aids, or read about osteoarthritis on NHS.uk.
