The Epifoam orthosis has a viscoelastic pad that you place directly over the pain point on the outside of the elbow (tennis elbow) or inside (golfer’s elbow). The pad also spreads the pressure evenly and relieves the tendons during movement. The hook-and-loop strap lets you adjust the tension with one hand, and the orthosis sits discreetly under a sleeve. The anatomical shape also follows the elbow contour and keeps the pad in place even during active sports.
