Sobre Brix Stirr Sauce Stirrer
Brix Stirr Sauce Stirrer — an automatic stirrer in grey plastic with three speeds and a self-turning action that keeps sauces, soups and creams moving in the pan without you standing at the hob.
Automatic stirrer with three speeds
You stand Stirr in the pan and start it with one press of the button on top. The three rotating legs sweep the base evenly, so sauces, soups and creams do not catch and burn while you get on with something else in the kitchen. You pick the speed to match the consistency — slow for thick creams, faster for runny sauces. Stirr won a Red Dot Design Award for its function and form.
