Gula Rehab Memory Ball Balance Ball

Sobre Gula Rehab Memory Ball Balance Ball

Gula Rehab Memory Ball — a gray gymnastics balance ball with anti-burst and a weighted bottom that works for training, rehabilitation and as an active seat at your desk. The high elasticity gives safe use both at home and in the gym.

How the Memory Ball balance ball works

The bottom of the balance ball is heavier than the top, which prevents it from rolling away during the exercise. The anti-burst system also means the ball releases air slowly in case of a puncture — it does not explode. You inflate the ball with a needle pump (not included). Pump in stages the first time so the air distributes properly.

Benefits of Gula Rehab Memory Ball

• Weighted bottom that keeps the ball in place during exercise
• Anti-burst system — ball releases air slowly if punctured
• High elasticity and durable quality
• Also works as an active seat at the desk
• Helps prevent back and strain injuries
• Two sizes that fit different body heights
• Maximum user weight 120 kg
• Manufactured by Gula Rehab

Which size suits you?

Choose size based on your body height if you plan to sit on the ball. The 55 cm ball suits you who are 155–169 cm tall, while the 65 cm ball suits you who are 170–184 cm. You can also use the gymnastics ball as an active seat at the desk during the work day. Gula Rehab has also designed the ball for training and rehabilitation at home. Note however that you should only use the ball for body weight training — do not lift weights when training on it.
