The DualTIM comes with interchangeable pedals, which makes it work for both arm and leg training. You get textured hand grips with a massage profile and foot straps that hold the feet firmly in place, and you swap between them depending on whether you want to train your arms or your legs.

The digital display shows time, calories, distance, the number of revolutions and the total count. It also has a scan function that cycles through the values automatically while you train. A turning knob sets the resistance, so you match the difficulty to where you are in your rehabilitation. The base measures 40 × 29–37 cm and the crank sits 22 to 30 cm above the floor, which you adjust to suit a desk or a sofa.
