INDESmed Carbon Fiber Crutch
INDESmed Carbon Fiber Crutch is the world’s lightest crutch, weighing only 220 grams. The crutch is made from three layers of carbon fiber, making it extremely stable with a recommended maximum load of 200 kg. Carbon fiber is one of the world’s most durable materials while being ultra-light.
The crutch has a curved shape that follows your natural posture, thus preventing problems with pain in joints, shoulders, or back. The patented design also means that the handle and armrest can be adjusted steplessly for best adaptation. This also makes the crutch completely silent during use.
The ergonomic handle is comfortably padded with a soft, comfortable, and hypoallergenic silicone protection. The thumb position is also more natural, which reduces tension and strain on the hand.
The ferrule is made from a rubber compound and provides good grip and better slip protection than other rubber ferrules.
The crutch is sold individually.

Measuring for the Right Size:
The size of the crutch is adapted to your height. But if you want to measure precisely, stand in a relaxed position, with your arms hanging at your sides, and measure the following distances:
- Inside of your forearm: distance between wrist and inside of elbow
- Distance between your wrist and the floor
My crutch should measure 1 + 2
Example:
1=24 cm
2=88 cm
1+2=112 cm, i.e., I need size XL.
