Scanergo Training Band Handles

Sobre Scanergo Training Band Handles

Scanergo Training Band Handles — a pair of soft foam grip handles from Scanergo designed to attach to resistance training bands — provide a comfortable grip for arm and upper body resistance exercises.

Foam grip handles for resistance band exercises

The Scanergo Training Band Handles are a pair of foam-covered grips with a nylon loop that you attach to resistance training bands. The soft foam provides a comfortable, non-slip grip during arm pulls, rows and other upper body exercises. You thread the nylon loop through the end of the band and adjust it with the buckle, so the handles fit most standard resistance bands. Using handles instead of gripping the band directly protects the skin and improves control during exercise.

Foam handles reduce skin irritation and improve grip during resistance exercises, which is particularly helpful for older users or people with reduced hand strength.

Who is this for?

These handles suit anyone using resistance training bands who wants a comfortable foam grip for upper body and arm exercises. See more training equipment, or read about daily living aids on NHS.uk.

Tips for use

Check that the nylon loop sits properly on the band before you start. You can adjust the buckle to suit the thickness of the band, and wiping the foam grip with a damp cloth after each session keeps the surface clean and non-slip.
