Timago Mobil Tim Transport Wheelchair

Sobre Timago Mobil Tim Transport Wheelchair

Timago Mobil Tim transport wheelchair — a compact chair that weighs 9.5 kg, folds to 25 cm width and takes a 136 kg user weight. You use it to move someone with reduced mobility around a hospital visit, a short outing or the house, and it stores easily in a car or a cupboard.

How the lightweight companion chair works

Timago designed this chair for a companion to push, so the person sitting has no drive wheels to reach. The handles carry hand brakes, which keeps things secure on a slope and when you stop. The armrests flip up, so moving the person to and from the chair stays straightforward. The 8-inch rear wheels and 6-inch front wheels give stable handling indoors.

The seat measures 41 × 41 cm and sits 46 cm from the floor, which suits most adults, and the chair comes complete with seat, backrest, safety belt and footrest. Overall it is 51 cm wide, 96 cm high and 85 cm long — or 64 cm with the footrest folded up.
